HIGH SEAS EXPEDITION VBS

Monday morning marked the opening of The High Seas Expedition VBS. We have 138 youth and 15 adults registered for the week. We look forward to a wonderful Christian experience.

Day 1 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is true... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when God frees Peter from Prison (Acts 12: 1-19). Finally our Bible verse of the day is "But you are near, O Lord, and all your commands are true." (Psalm 119:151). Everyone is have a great time.

Day 2 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is comforting... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when God comforts Paul in a storm at sea (Acts 27). Our Bible verse of the day is "Your promise revives me; it comforts me in all my troubles." (Psalm 119:50). We are looking forward to another great day.

Day 3 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is surprising... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when Paul survives a bite by a poisonous snake (Acts 28: 1-10). Our Bible verse of the day is "Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions." (Psalm 119:18). Today is also picture day so pray that everyone smiles and keeps their eyes open.

Day 4 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is life-changing... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when Peter and John teach about Jesus (Acts 3: 1-4:12). Our Bible verse of the day is "Give me life through your WORD." (Psalm 119:37). Today we will continue to look for God sightings and what the Lord dose for us while we enjoy our day.

Day 5 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is everyone... every time the kids hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when the community of believers share (Acts 2: 42-47). Our Bible verse of the day is "Your faithfulness extends to every generation, as enduring as the earth you created." (Psalm 119:90). Today is our last day of VBS but we have had a wonderful time. Hope to see everyone on Sunday at 12:15 so you can see what we did all week.

VBS last day

5 days of VBS now its over. it was short for me because i started wensday but i still had fun. today is friday and i would say it is the best day ever.the other days were fun to but not as fun as this one. we had double snack today and after computer lab were having lunch. i dont think i can eat anythingtoday at lunch but i will try. and even though its not the end of the day yet i still think it will be a great day.

I had a great week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!In art class we made Comfort pillows.We sang songs & all of them were my favorite.The one I liked best was Your Life Will Change.My crew made the snack today!!!!I was very excited about VBS on the sunday before the 1st day of VBS & I knew it would be fun sincerely, STEPHEN D.BADEA

to ride on allen .i met cara. i got to make crafts. it was fun i love it . i got to go to games . we got to sing. my favorite song was Ha-la-la-la-la the end
