HIGH SEAS EXPEDITION VBS

Monday morning marked the opening of The High Seas Expedition VBS. We have 138 youth and 15 adults registered for the week. We look forward to a wonderful Christian experience.

Day 1 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is true... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when God frees Peter from Prison (Acts 12: 1-19). Finally our Bible verse of the day is "But you are near, O Lord, and all your commands are true." (Psalm 119:151). Everyone is have a great time.

Day 2 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is comforting... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when God comforts Paul in a storm at sea (Acts 27). Our Bible verse of the day is "Your promise revives me; it comforts me in all my troubles." (Psalm 119:50). We are looking forward to another great day.

Day 3 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is surprising... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when Paul survives a bite by a poisonous snake (Acts 28: 1-10). Our Bible verse of the day is "Open my eyes to see the wonderful truths in your instructions." (Psalm 119:18). Today is also picture day so pray that everyone smiles and keeps their eyes open.

Day 4 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is life-changing... every time the children hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when Peter and John teach about Jesus (Acts 3: 1-4:12). Our Bible verse of the day is "Give me life through your WORD." (Psalm 119:37). Today we will continue to look for God sightings and what the Lord dose for us while we enjoy our day.

Day 5 at VBS: Today's Bible Point is God's Word is everyone... every time the kids hear it they respond with "Let's Go!!". Today's Bible Story is when the community of believers share (Acts 2: 42-47). Our Bible verse of the day is "Your faithfulness extends to every generation, as enduring as the earth you created." (Psalm 119:90). Today is our last day of VBS but we have had a wonderful time. Hope to see everyone on Sunday at 12:15 so you can see what we did all week.

5 days of VBS now its over. it was short for me because i started wensday but i still had fun. today is friday and i would say it is the best day ever.the other days were fun to but not as fun as this one. we had double snack today and after computer lab were having lunch. i dont think i can eat anythingtoday at lunch but i will try. and even though its not the end of the day yet i still think it will be a great day.

I had a great week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!In art class we made Comfort pillows.We sang songs & all of them were my favorite.The one I liked best was Your Life Will Change.My crew made the snack today!!!!I was very excited about VBS on the sunday before the 1st day of VBS & I knew it would be fun sincerely, STEPHEN D.BADEA

My favorite thing that i did this week was:playing shark attack and eating lunch and making snack ( we made jello) ;o)! Today we made snack.We made fruit cobobs for snack.In games we played garavyard.
It was lot of fun.Next is missin possabel.In crafs we made mini pillows for us to keep.They look aesome.We don't get crew time since we made snack.This week was lot of fun and sami and morgan were here at vbs.

This is Austin on day 5 at VBS and im havin lots of fun but the bummer is today is the last day its a week camp so i meet peaple and then i have to leave.Im gonna be sad cause its the last day but im hgappy cause i had lots of fun so im very happa and if you are readingand you have a kid you should send them to VBS at any one you can find its fun and you learn about God and Jesus.Im serious and God bless and please send your kid bye

today my family is going to Orlando(well the ones that live in my house.)
tonight we are going to the Titanic Museum's dinner show. from 8:00 to 11:00 but my family will be talking to the actors for almost an hour. and then we will be spending the night at my moms cosens houes, and if the tropical depreshon dose not hit orlando we still might be staying at championes gate. there is this pool well its not really a pool its called the lazy river,you just sit in a raft and you float down the lazy river!!

Day 4
Today lets talk feeling. NO NOT STEP ON A BUG! I did and they now hate me because of it (it was a grasshoper) they say it was a loving bug. But it was evil.
And lets talk about how not to have to much to do.
NO NOT LET FAMILY HELP YOU! I did and I got stuck with 14 nice toddlers of destruction, ON MY FIRST TIME BEING A LEADER. All because of my cousin Haley. Leason learned. Now here is something you should do make friends in high places, so you can have the nicest group. But beware you will have other people trying to get that group, too. I did not this year, and I got stuck with Elementry Kids instead. The only thing I like about them is that they do not puke, pee, or poop. This is my secound to last blog tomarrow I will rap up this hole thing.

wacky tacky day the best day of VBS! i wore a hat with flashlight attached, snorcle gear, bussiness suit (jacket and tie), swim suit, and slippers. Today i am going to talk about some of the most important thing to do in one day.
Do what you were told
make sure you are different from anyone else and just have fun
though can be made into almost anything, i have been called a bad leader i just said i was different and he aggreed so make sure you do not go by the book.
